Currently I am staying on a research farm in Normandy for the week and have limited internet access. Thus; I am writing my blog on my laptop and will post it once I am able to connect my laptop to the internet (as I am currently using an employee's). I leave here Friday evening to visit a farm in Normandy which produces cidre; apple juice, etc and also has cows!
